Job description

To prepare competitive and technically compliant tenders and proposals in response to client inquiries, ensuring alignment with company capabilities, commercial strategy, and client requirements.

For a key project, the opportunity will be provided to transition to the Engineering team upon award.

• Have a mindset to challenge the norm : Identify innovative and efficient solutions to provide value to our clients
• Continuous improvement : Gathering best practice and lessons learned to ensure that we offer the best solutions to our clients
• Risk Awareness : Identify and understand the risks associated with the tender, assess and manage to ensure that the impact can be clearly articulated to Senior Management prior to submission.
• Commercial Awareness : Have a high-level commercial awareness to support the submission of accurate, competitive and compliant bids,
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project execution.
