Job summary

ABU ALNAGA CONTRACTING is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer for a landmark high-rise building project in the UAE. You will manage site execution across structural, architectural, and finishing works, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, QA/QC, HSE compliance, and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 7–10 years of high-rise construction experience.
• Experience in RCC structural works, core walls, slabs and finishing stages.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with jump form, slip form and post-tension slabs is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate civil, MEP and finishing teams.
• Review IFC/shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate RFI submissions and consultant approvals.
• Support quantity verification and material take-offs.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and project standards.
• Enforce HSE regulations and safety coordination.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site logs.
