Key Objectives
- Contribute to engineering excellence through defining and approving technical scopes, executing work, providing expertise, and contributing to business growth.
- May manage teams and act as a technical specialist, performing complex assignments and assessing engineering designs.
- Serve as Lead Engineer and technical specialist, developing applications and approaches for engineering problems.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Define and approve technical scopes, evaluate procedures, and recommend improvements.
- Supervise and participate in delivery of complex engineering tasks, formulate investigations, and contribute to project completion.
- Provide technical expertise, advise on design and construction, and evaluate options for project success.
- Contribute to business growth through client engagement and proposals.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
Working Relationships
Internal: Collaborate with colleagues, project teams, and other departments.
External: Build relationships with clients, officials, and professional organizations.

Expected Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- B.S. or equivalent in Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in oil & gas projects, including 5 years in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Ability to execute EPC/EPCM contracts for onshore Brownfield oil & gas projects
- Experience in the GCC region preferred
