Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and optimizing ad strategies within the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, develop, and execute paid digital lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  2. Strategically segment and target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data.
  3. Implement conversion tracking, pixel integration, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  4. Manage and optimize ad budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
  5. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CPL (cost per lead) and lead quality.
  6. Leverage local market insights to tailor campaigns to the Dubai real estate audience.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and timelines.
  8. Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and report performance metrics.
  9. Develop performance dashboards and monthly reporting documents for management review.
  10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  11. Manage and integrate CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce) for efficient lead capture and nurturing.
  12. Automate marketing workflows using tools such as emailers, WhatsApp integrations, and API triggers.
  13. Continuously test and A/B optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  14. Research and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  15. Ensure GDPR and local data protection compliance in all digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or digital marketing within the Dubai real estate sector.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, buyer personas, and market behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting techniques.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and API integrations for platforms like WhatsApp and email tools.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and visualization.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media trends is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
