Job summary

Create Recruitment Specialists Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced Garment Technologist to own the technical development process from concept to bulk production, ensuring fit, construction, quality, and compliance.

You will lead fit sessions, create Tech Packs and BOMs, manage critical path samples, and resolve issues with overseas factories while collaborating with Design, Production, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years technical experience in garment development.
• Strong understanding of jersey and knitted products.
• Experience creating tech packs, conducting fit sessions, and working with overseas manufacturers.
• PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and technical execution from concept through bulk production.
• Create and maintain Tech Packs, BOMs, grading and technical documentation.
• Lead fit sessions, evaluate samples and provide technical comments to factories.
• Collaborate with suppliers and overseas manufacturers to resolve production issues.
• Support fabric and trim development, product testing, quality control, compliance and continuous improvement.
