Job description

This role offers an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge and experience in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with Oracle SaaS/PaaS products. You will support customers with eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and managing PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. The role involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI Reports. You will play a key role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications. The SCM domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and risk mitigation by leveraging a network of subject matter experts across domains. The SCM Architect also proposes customer roadmaps to realize proposed solutions. We seek an experienced SCM domain specialist focused on functional SCM process and solution architecture across all SCM disciplines. Broader Oracle ERP application knowledge is desirable.

What you will do

• Lead and participate as a functional leader/advisor in activities such as gap analysis, solution design, POCs, demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, quality assurance with Oracle teams at client locations or offshore.
• Document and review requirement specifications.
• Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design, and review functional specifications.
• Travel as needed to client sites within and outside MEA for implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops.
• Collaborate with onsite and client teams during implementations to ensure success.
• Use defined standards, tools, and processes to meet quality expectations.
• Document all work according to standards and processes.
• Adhere to change control and compliance requirements.
• Perform knowledge transfer at the end of assignments.
• Report status timely and submit timesheets regularly.

Primary Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including at least 6 years in SaaS implementations, with proven industry experience in SCM solutions at a consultancy or customer site.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in teams.
• Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus) in at least one industry.
• Ability to collaborate with client business teams independently.
• Skill in analyzing solution approaches, estimations, methodologies, risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and map them to existing products or features.
• Experience leading project meetings and product workshops with clients.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of industry terminologies, concepts, and processes.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (strongly recommended).
• Experience in Oracle SaaS implementation/support.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Willingness to work offshore and travel as needed.
• Willingness to work in shifts and pursue certifications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of multiple industries; knowledge of FMW/PaaS tools is a plus.
