As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of One Loyalty's web dashboard and mobile app. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll set the architecture, write production-ready code, mentor engineers, and work collaboratively with Product & Design to ship features that delight users and improve KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy
- Define and evolve a scalable micro-services and front-end architecture (Web & Mobile) on AWS.
- Select, justify, and standardize the tech stack, tooling, and coding conventions.
- Development & Delivery
- Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines; ship secure, performant code in TypeScript/Node.js + React/Next.js (web) and React Native/Expo or Flutter (mobile).
- Implement REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time services, and integrations with payment gateways, identity providers (TON wallets, OAuth), and analytics platforms.
- Ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX in collaboration with design, and maintain automated test coverage across layers.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and up-skill a growing team of engineers; establish best practices in documentation, testing, and DevSecOps.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Data teams to translate roadmaps into technical milestones and reliable delivery schedules.
- Quality & Security
- Champion secure-by-design principles, data privacy (GDPR/PDPL), and performance SLAs.
- Drive monitoring, alerting, and incident-response processes.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (Gen AI, serverless, event-driven patterns) to keep One Loyalty ahead of the curve.
- Contribute to technical presentations for investors, partners, and enterprise clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional full-stack experience; 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity shipping consumer or fintech products.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with at least one major front-end framework (React/Next.js preferred) and one cross-platform mobile framework (React Native or Flutter).
- Proven backend skills in Node.js, Go, or similar; experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, and message queues (Kafka/SQS).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure) deployment, including ECS/EKS/Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK).
- Strong grasp of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar) and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Detox).
- Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, OAuth2/JWT, and payment-processing flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to explain complex tech to non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with loyalty, payments, or proptech platforms.
- Familiarity with Web3 wallets, TON blockchain, or token-based authentication.
- Exposure to data-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or machine-learning pipelines.
- Prior work in early-stage, high-growth startups.
