The Role

We’re hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of architecture, development, and delivery end-to-end. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, shaping scalable systems, designing clean architecture, and leading technical execution with the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack applications from database to user interface.
• Develop backend services in Python and connect them to modern TypeScript frontends.
• Design and maintain relational database models (PostgreSQL) and APIs.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and lead sprint execution.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and establish engineering standards as the team grows.
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows where models assist with execution and humans validate outcomes.

Requirements
