Job summary

Dutco Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified General Foreman to oversee civil, structural, and utility works on large-scale projects, including data centers. The role requires strong leadership, on-site supervision, and adherence to safety standards.

You will supervise teams and subcontractors, coordinate activities with project plans, monitor progress, and report to project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in data centers or large industrial projects
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and utility works
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site according to project plans and specifications
• Manage and lead a team of workers including subcontractors and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations on site
• Monitor project progress and report to project managers regularly
