Job Title: Lead – Financial Reporting & Planning

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

We are hiring for a leading financial services organisation in Abu Dhabi looking to appoint a Lead for Financial Reporting & Planning.

This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business intelligence — working directly with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and manage financial reporting frameworks
• Create executive dashboards using Power BI
• Oversee business intelligence projects to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including ADQ
• Manage and develop high-performing finance teams

Requirements:

• UAE National (mandatory)
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong Power BI and data visualisation skills
• Background in financial services or large corporates
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi (onsite role)
