Role Overview:

Responsible for developing innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Financial leadership for GENX services contracts.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, contract performance managers, fleet model engineering, and business operations) to develop business cases, strategies, and financial analyses to ensure long-term profitability on existing services contracts.
  3. Drive KPIs to hold teams accountable for financial metrics, contract profitability, and cash flow performance.
  4. Collaborate with operations to manage operational planning, growth forecasting, quarterly estimates, and quarter-end activities.
  5. Lead contract margin reviews.
  6. Serve as the regional finance leader, working with the Triangle of Friendship (Finance, CPM, CPL) to update long-term models and technical cost data supporting contract modeling.
  7. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and sales support teams for contract margin analysis and reviews.
  8. Conduct financial peer audits to ensure modeling accuracy during CMR periods.
  9. Provide financial leadership during commercial negotiations and deal restructuring, challenging deal structures to optimize financial outcomes.
  10. Identify and document scenarios for changes in commercial terms in CSA contracts.
  11. Partner with sales and operations to develop standardized service contracts for key customers.
  12. Use data engineering outputs (OCE) to create scenarios within the Smartprice modeling tool for deal reviews.
  13. Utilize GE's scenario manager tool to summarize Smartprice runs for commercial decisions.
  14. Prepare Price Severity Matrices accounting for engine operating parameter changes.
  15. Develop Deal Review packages for leadership review.

Required Qualifications:

Advanced experience in Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, project management skills, and experience in documenting, planning, and executing programs.
