Job description

  • Screening of requisitions, material procurement receipts, physical inspection, stacking, maintaining minimum and maximum level of critical and fast-moving items, maintaining all procurement documents.
  • Interfacing with cross-functional departments for budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and monitoring the process for ensuring optimum utilization of materials; securing best cost savings and meeting anticipatory orders for monthly operation.
  • Processing the requisition and purchase orders for supplies and equipment; following-up for payments and receivables.
  • Participating in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials; developing, implementing purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
  • Carrying out order planning, price negotiations and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Organize and develop RFP and RFQ documentation according to established policies and procedures to ensure organization requirements are captured effectively.
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers by collecting and providing all required information to ensure contractual terms are met.
  • Monitor new products in the marketplace to suggest new initiatives to increase cost efficiency.
  • Collect data to ensure continuous tracking of relevant KPIs.
  • Assisted accounts department in preparing billing documents.
  • 100% compliance of internal / external audit.

Technical Services Personal Requirement

  • Minimum 12 years of Relevant Experience
  • Language Preference is English
  • 6 years or more experience in UAE or Middle East
  • Software Knowledge : MS Office, PowerPoint
  • Must have experience in any EPC or EPCM projects
