Job Description

• Responsible for leading the expediting of vendor material, documentation and associated deliverables for placed Purchase Orders.
• Reporting to the Project Procurement Manager and assigned to Projects, the Expediting Lead is responsible for the vendors compliance to purchase order requirements such as on time delivery of materials, progress reporting, and documentation.
• The Expediting Lead shall lead the project expediting team, plan and implement expediting strategy, support supplier package management requirements.
• Should have Saudi Aramco experience.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and resource requirements.
• Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management to streamline operations and enhance service levels.
