Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking a senior ESG advisor to lead engagements on materiality, strategy, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory expectations.

You will guide clients on GRI, SASB, TCFD, and Integrated Reporting, conduct climate risk assessments, and oversee ESG assurance per ISAE 3000/3410. You’ll mentor junior staff, support business development, and manage engagements from planning to delivery while controlling risks and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in ESG or sustainability roles such as strategy, reporting, assurance, or climate risk analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Professional certification in ESG or Sustainability is required.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol.
• Experience working across multiple markets or geographies; GCC market exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG advisory engagements including materiality assessments, strategy formulation, and reporting.
• Advise clients on ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, Integrated Reporting) for disclosures.
• Conduct climate risk assessments and identify ESG risks and opportunities.
• Perform sustainability assurance per ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410; oversee planning, execution, review.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members; provide feedback for quality delivery.
