Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Testing & Qualification Engineer to lead planning, execution, verification, and qualification of EO seeker systems throughout the product development lifecycle. You will develop test methodologies, conduct laboratory and field tests, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with environmental and qualification standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in testing, verification, and qualification inside high-tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EO seeker test activities from component to full system level.
• Develop test procedures, acceptance criteria, qualification plans, and verification matrices.
• Conduct EO seeker functional, performance, environmental, and qualification testing.
• Analyze test results, identify failures and perform root-cause investigations.
• Perform regression testing after hardware/software modifications.
• Develop and maintain EO lab test setups, calibration methods, and automated testing solutions.
• Correlate lab, field, ground, and flight-test data using engineering and statistical methods.
• Produce technical reports, qualification evidence, and test documentation.
• Support design reviews, test readiness reviews, and qualification reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, integration teams, suppliers, and external test facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process and capability improvements.
