An industry leader is seeking a Lead Engineer Associate II to innovate Alarm Management solutions in the Middle East. This role involves project design from inception to delivery, requiring collaboration with senior engineers and customer stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
The incumbent will be required to work in a project environment - from study phase through designing, implementation, documenting, delivering, and maintaining Alarm Management solutions primarily in the Middle East Region. Optimizing project productivity and quality by driving and maintaining standardization will be an important goal. AMS solutions may involve interface with variety of source systems using industry standard protocols like OPC and ODBC.
Candidate is expected to have sound knowledge of such protocols.
Candidate will apply software technologies to achieve Alarm Management solutions across Oil & Gas, Refiner, chemical, minerals industries (after appropriate initial training in all relevant packages). The application could be deployed on-premises or in Cloud.
The position is a direct staff position with billability to external customer projects, intercompany customer projects and customer support services on average >= 90%.
The applicant will have a direct reporting line to the Engineering Manager for Alarm Management.
Position requires approximately 40% travel mostly in the Middle East & Africa region.
