Key Objectives

• Manage the electrical engineering and design teams on the contract.
• Assess and maintain team competency in line with company requirements.
• Ensure all electrical engineering deliverables conform to applicable codes, standards, and client policies.
• Manage and report on electrical engineering and design budgets.
• Coordinate resource requirements and ensure project schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical engineering queries and raise deviations as needed.
• Participate in safety and design reviews.
• Deliver work quality without compromise, meeting project deadlines.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement within the department.
• Coordinate with other disciplines during all project phases.
• Support site activities including material inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Identify and address progress or quality concerns with corrective actions.
• Attend progress meetings and generate status reports.

• Experience with Concept Selection and FEED studies.
