We’re looking for a Lead - Partnerships to join Wio and take charge of our distribution partner ecosystem. You’ll own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from onboarding to activation, growth, and performance—across a suite of SME banking products including Business Loans, Line of Credit, Cards, and Liability Accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify, qualify, and onboard new distribution partners aligned with our SME banking strategy. Build and negotiate partnership agreements to deliver mutual value.

Activation & Enablement

Drive activation by ensuring partner teams are trained, equipped, and motivated to promote Wio's offerings. Lead workshops, product sessions, and performance kickoffs.

Pipeline Management & Execution

Own the sales pipeline for referred business. Track leads through every stage—approval, booking, fulfillment—ensuring timely execution and seamless partner experience.

Partner Growth & Performance

Conduct regular reviews with partners to track progress, analyze wins/losses, and refine go-to-market strategies. Collaborate on field marketing initiatives and joint business development efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance) to ensure alignment and agility in delivering partner-driven business goals.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Create a feedback loop between partners and internal stakeholders to refine products, policies, and processes for better outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare detailed reports on partner performance and channel health for senior management. Monitor key KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Operational Compliance

Ensure all activities are aligned with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, particularly for lending and account onboarding.

Commission Management

Oversee accurate calculation and timely disbursement of partner commissions in line with internal approvals.

What Success Looks Like:

Meet or exceed acquisition targets: Liabilities (AED 1Bn), Assets (AED 600Mn)

Onboard and retain high-performing distribution partners

Ensure high satisfaction scores from partners and referred customers

Lead a high-impact Customer Success team to deliver end-to-end partner excellence

Drive operational efficiency and seamless partner experiences

Who You’ll Work With:

Internal: Product, Credit, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Procurement

External Distribution partners, industry stakeholders, field marketing participants

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven track record in partnership management and achieving sales targets

Strong understanding of SME banking products across credit, sales, and product functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and channel relationships
