The candidate should have 5–6 years in mechanical design and be proficient in SolidWorks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
5-6 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
Strong experience designing conveyor systems (belt, roller, chain, screw, carousel).
Proficient in SolidWorks; AutoCAD experience preferred.
Experience with complete conveyor project execution (design to commissioning).
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and conveyor components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Prepare 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
Perform engineering calculations and support prototype testing and validation.
Lead troubleshooting activities and implement design improvements.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and QA for feasibility.
Integrate conveyors with PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
