Job summary

Halian is seeking a senior security professional in Abu Dhabi with 8-10 years of experience to lead offensive security efforts and validate security controls. The candidate will work on attacker emulation, red-teaming, and continuous validation to strengthen defenses.

Mandatory OSCP/OSCE certification and hands-on experience in offensive security, blue team assurance, threat intel, and AI red-teaming tools are required.

What We’re Looking For:

• OSCP or OSCE certification (Mandatory)
• Hands‑on experience in Offensive Security, Adversarial Testing, and Continuous Security Validation
• Expertise with AI Red Teaming tools such as Garak, PyRIT, Claude Security/Opus, Codex, and OWASP LLM Top 10 testing
• Experience with Autonomous Pentesting platforms (AWS Security Agent, Horizon3, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATLAS, Threat Intelligence, Security Control Validation, and Blue Team Assurance
