Job summary

TAQA Distribution is seeking a Lead, Customer Tech to provide hands-on technical leadership across our customer technology landscape, covering billing, CRM, contact centre, smart metering and digital customer platforms.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuration, development, integration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. You’ll design, develop and support diverse platforms and lead 5–8 projects.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant technical/application experience.
Strong hands-on experience in configuration, development, integration and technical support.
Experience across at least 2–3 customer technology platforms.
Strong API, integration, troubleshooting and application support experience.
Experience with testing, releases, upgrades and production support.
Experience in utilities, energy or customer-facing enterprise platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, integrate and support customer technology platforms.
Lead technical enhancements, upgrades and integrations from design through testing, deployment and hypercare.
Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance and data issues.
Support platform performance, security, releases and technical lifecycle management.
Work with business teams, technology teams, vendors and MSPs to deliver reliable customer solutions.
Drive automation, AI and continuous improvement across customer technology platforms.
Support a portfolio of 5–8 technology projects and enhancements.
