Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate for its UAE Corporate Tax team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will lead end-to-end tax engagements, review computations and returns, and guide junior staff while engaging with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, value-driven advice.

You will collaborate with the Delivery Centre, support with group reorganisations, domestic tax developments, and new tax regulations, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualified with post-qualification experience in Corporate tax within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax with UAE Corporate tax knowledge and experience being an advantage.
• Experience preparing Corporate tax returns and computations and advising on complex technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate tax computations and returns; perform deferred tax calculations.
• Oversee client data requests and resolve technical queries.
• Support with complex advisory mandates including group restructurings and financing.
• Supervise and coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
