Overview

Lead Corporate Relations - Arabic Speaker

Lead strategic initiatives and provide expert-level support in managing relationships with listed companies and international investors. Leverage deep capital markets and ESG expertise to drive investor engagement, enhance ADX’s visibility, and promote sustainable investment practices. Act as a subject matter expert in investor relations and ESG, contributing to the development and execution of high-impact engagement strategies.

Key Accountabilities

• Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Investor Relations & Market Engagement

• Design and lead investor engagement strategies to position ADX as a premier investment destination.
• Represent ADX in high-level investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop investor education campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
• Lead efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with international and institutional investors through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations, contributing to ADX's goals for investor engagement and market visibility.
• Contribute to collaborative efforts with the Business Development and Marketing & Communications teams to boost ADX’s international presence, participating in organizing roadshows, industry conferences, and educational initiatives to increase market awareness.
• Help create and share digital content, including infographics, explainer videos, FAQs, and glossaries on ADX’s digital and social media platforms, to simplify investment topics and maintain active engagement on social media platforms, making complex investment subjects accessible and informative for investors.
• Monitor and engage in ADX's social media communities to provide timely responses to investor feedback and concerns, aiding in addressing potential obstacles and maintaining a responsive, investor-focused online presence.
• Engage in survey initiatives with the Strategy & Business Intelligence team to assess investor preferences and needs, applying these insights to help adapt engagement tactics and educational materials to better align with investor interests and current market trends.

Investor Relations Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze trading activities, investment volumes, and investor behaviors to support initiatives aimed at increasing investor participation, using these insights to recommend improvements to investor relations strategies.
• Work closely with the Strategy & Business Intelligence team to track and report on investor engagement, satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trading volume, new account openings, and website traffic, providing detailed analysis to help senior management assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.

Investor and Listed Company Engagement Support

• Lead creating and implementing educational programs with listed companies to promote investment, supporting the creation of educational content, facilitating Q&A sessions between investors and executives, and underscoring the investment appeal of these companies.
• Organize investor days and non-deal roadshows for listed companies to facilitate open and transparent communication between companies and investors, aiming to clarify any investor concerns regarding outreach.
• Contribute to the development of employee investment plans for staff at listed companies, including the creation of educational materials and workshops on stock ownership, and assist in monitoring and documenting employee engagement in these programs to enhance participation in the capital markets.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives

• Lead the implementation of ADX’s ESG strategy and reporting framework and management of ESG initiatives, supporting the creation of the annual ESG report, and helping curate ESG content for the ADX website to bolster ADX’s image as a sustainability and responsible investing leader.
• Guide listed companies on ESG adoption and disclosure best practices.
• Oversee the development of ESG-related content and training programs.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in investor relations, and propose strategies that align with both industry standards and ADX's regulations.
