Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of all the Core banking application platforms which includes managing technical support, system configuration, integration, upgrades and vendor coordination. The role ensures operational resilience, regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives across retail and corporate banking domains.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure availability and stability of core banking applications
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
• Oversee change and release management process.
• Establish governance structures and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
