Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Lead Construction Engineer to oversee oil & gas construction activities on major projects. The role requires leading site execution, coordinating with engineers, procurement and contractors, and ensuring HSE and quality compliance while delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 15–18+ years in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role and offshore experience. ADNOC project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15–18+ years in oil & gas construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years offshore experience.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• PMC, EPC and fabrication yard experience preferred.
• Previous ADNOC project experience advantageous.
