Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for the Coating Line in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will lead a rotating shift team of operators and technicians to ensure safe, high-quality production and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with maintenance, quality engineering, planning, warehouse and EHS to resolve issues and improve line reliability, coaching staff and maintaining clear shift handover and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Technology or a related field.
• Strong shop-floor leadership with practical manufacturing experience.
• Experience coordinating across maintenance, quality, planning, warehouse and EHS teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to meet safety, quality, production and delivery goals.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements and PPE use.
• Supervise daily coating line activities including start-up, shutdown, changeovers and handovers.
• Monitor production performance, quality results, downtime and team performance; take timely action.
