Responsibilities

As a Lead Client Accountable Executive you will:

  • Manage client relationships whilst also serving as the critical point of escalation ensuring swift resolution of high-level challenges that demand executive attention.
  • You will advocate for the client will as you champion their interests while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
  • Guide our engagements with clients harmonizing strategy messaging and delivery to ensure a seamless and impactful experience
  • Elevate the clients reference-ability proactively showcasing the value of their relationship with us.
  • Chart the course for current and future solutions through strategic road mapping sessions aligning with the clients vision to enhance citizen health outcomes.
  • Drive the sales process from inception to closure consistently exceeding sales quotas and expanding our horizons.
  • Establish best practices for client profitability streamlining processes from invoicing to contractual interactions.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelors degree in business healthcare or a related field
  • At least 6 years in sales business development client relationship management healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Experience of building relationships at C-Suite level and with senior clinicians
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
