Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Total experience 12–18 years.
• Minimum 5–8 years in substation projects.
• UAE substation project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE authority standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall civil activities for substation projects across UAE.
• Coordinate with electrical and commissioning teams for interfaces.
• Review drawings, specs and execution plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across sites.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
