Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks an experienced CAD Manager to lead drafting operations for roads and infrastructure. You will oversee CAD teams, ensure drawing quality, and coordinate with engineering and site teams to meet project standards.

The role requires 10+ years in CAD for roads/infrastructure, strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills, and proven team leadership in UAE/GCC contexts. On-site work with strict adherence to client specs is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Civil Drafting.
• 10+ years of CAD/Drafting experience on roads and infrastructure.
• Leadership of CAD teams and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CAD draftsmen and drafting activities.
• Prepare and review road, utility, drainage, and infrastructure drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and CAD standards.
• Coordinate drawings with engineering, site, planning, and QS teams.
• Review consultant/client comments and ensure timely revisions.
• Manage drawing registers, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Prepare and review as-built drawings.
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drawing procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the CAD team.
