Job summary

Splash in Dubai is seeking a Manager Buying Intimates (Womenswear) to lead the buying strategy for the department, ensuring assortment, pricing, and product mix align with brand goals and financial targets.

You will collaborate with Design, Planning, Sourcing and Visual Merchandising to deliver commercially viable ranges, manage supplier relationships globally, and mentor the buying team to drive sales and inventory productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• 812 years experience in fashion retail buying (preferably womenswear).
• Experience in fast-fashion or high-volume retail environments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and trend forecasting skills.
• Experience managing large vendor networks and international sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal buying strategy for womenswear aligned with brand positioning and business targets.
• Create and manage category assortment plans including silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and price architecture.
• Source and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers globally.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve target margins.
• Manage the Open-to-Buy budget and seasonal buy plans.
• Lead and mentor Buyers within the womenswear category.
