Lifestyle in Dubai seeks a seasoned Buyer for Bathroom and Home Textiles to lead range development, product review, and supplier partnerships. You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure assortments align with brand identity and customer preferences.

The role requires at least 3 years buying experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office. You will optimize inventory, uphold merchandising standards, and conduct competitive analysis to sharpen offerings.

Responsabilités

• Range Development & Product Review: Develop customer-focused seasonal product ranges by collaborating with buyers, maintaining accurate range data, and ensuring products align with brand identity, category structure, and customer preferences.
• Vendor Development: Build strong supplier partnerships through professional communication, effective issue resolution, and proactive support to ensure mutual growth and timely product delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor sales, stock levels, and warehouse inventory to optimize availability, manage replenishment decisions, and address slow-moving or excess inventory efficiently.
• Merchandising Standards: Ensure consistent execution of merchandising guidelines across stores while leveraging market insights and competitor benchmarks to continuously improve product presentation.
• Competitor Survey & Market Research: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, benchmark products and pricing, and drive the development of new and relevant product offerings.
