Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and evolving brand systems across campaigns or products.
• A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking and polished execution across visual formats.
• Experience leading or directing other creatives.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools (Figma).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines across teams.
• Create and review high-quality visual assets and motion designs.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to define creative solutions across business goals.
• Direct creation of mood boards, storyboards, and animatics to communicate concepts.
• Own projects from concept through delivery with quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers and collaborators.
• Guard the visual identity while pushing creativity and innovation.
