Job summary

Revolut is hiring a Lead Graphic Designer in the United Arab Emirates. You will set the creative bar, shape visual direction, and ensure consistency across channels as you scale the team.

You’ll lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines, assets, and motion design, partnering with Product and Marketing to deliver impactful, on-brand experiences. Strong leadership and a standout portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in graphic or brand design with leadership experience.
• Proven brand system development across campaigns, products, or businesses.
• Strong portfolio across visual design, motion, editorial, digital and social.
• Experience leading and directing other creatives.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate other designers and motion specialists.
• Excellent judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of design systems and brand guidelines across teams.
• Create and review high-quality visual assets and motion designs.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions.
• Direct mood boards, storyboards, and animatics to communicate concepts.
• Own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers.
• Guard the visual identity and push creativity and innovation.
