Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced heads of business development from top high-growth tech firms to train their language model on professional presentation tasks.

We seek BD leaders with 3+ years to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Head of Business Development at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, slide structure and data-driven exhibits.
• Deliver client-ready decks with polished visuals and clear messaging.
