Job summary

RH Aero Systems in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Service Station Manager to lead a high‑performing team delivering maintenance and repair of Ground Support Equipment. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction while managing resources and budgets.

You will guide a technically skilled team across machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and tooling, coordinating site visits, workshops and field service to meet deadlines and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in a Service Station/Service Centre environment.
• Previous people-management in a technical/team setting.
• Aviation or GSE industry experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Station with safe, high-quality delivery.
• Supervise and motivate the service team; manage KPIs and performance.
• Coordinate workshop activities, site visits and field service.
• Provide technical guidance across machining, hydraulics, electronics and tooling.
• Ensure SAP usage and maintain records; manage budget and costs.
