Job summary
RH Aero Systems in Dubai seeks a Service Station Manager to lead the Service Station's operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service to meet customer deadlines and KPIs. You will supervise the Service team, plan workshop activities, manage budgets, and ensure SAP is used for transactions.
The role requires strong aviation GSE knowledge, hands-on technical capability and excellent stakeholder management across the Middle East and internationally, reporting to the Director
Qualifications
- Engineering qualification or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in a Service Station/Service Centre, maintenance, engineering or technical operations.
- Previous people-management experience.
- Aviation industry experience in GSE or engine tooling preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Service Station.
- Supervise and motivate the Service team; set KPIs.
- Plan workshop activities and field service requirements.
- Ensure SAP is used for Service Station transactions and maintain records.
- Prepare reports and KPIs for Director Operations – Middle East.
- Manage budget and operating costs; optimize resources.
