Are you passionate about strengthening internal controls and driving IT audit excellence? Join our Internal Audit team as a Lead Auditor – IT Audit and play a key role in evaluating risk, governance, and IT systems across critical business and support functions.

In this leadership role, you'll :

• Manage end-to-end execution of IT audits aligned with CBUAE regulations and IIA standards
• Assess IT risks, controls, and processes across functions like HR, Finance, Compliance, and more
• Lead teams, coach junior auditors, and contribute to strategic audit planning
• Engage stakeholders to drive insightful, value-added recommendations
• Stay ahead of regulatory and technology trends to protect and enhance organizational resilience

What We’re Looking For :

8+ years in banking / finance audit, with 5+ years managing audits

Proven expertise in IT audit methodologies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance

CIA certification (CPA / CISA preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Knowledge of tools like ACL, Arbutus or similar audit analytics platforms
