Job summary

AE Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect for a high-profile Dubai-based studio. The role focuses on leading projects from concept to completion, with emphasis on design excellence and ownership of schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Buildings) is required.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience post-Part III preferred.
Strong portfolio across high-end residential, private villas, or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept through to completion with design excellence at every stage.
Own project timelines, technical detailing, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Collaborate with consultants, clients and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
Manage and monitor key milestones using in-house systems and best practices.
Maintain integrity of client-approved concept throughout development with Directors.
