The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 7-8 years in Dubai. • Must be male and 45 years old or below.
• Minimum 10 years experience as an Architect with Developers/Arch Consultant.
• At least 7 to 8 years of experience in Dubai with real estate developers/consultants.
• Must have PMC/PMO experience within a reputable PMC International firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for high-rise buildings from scratch in AutoCAD.
• Evaluate feasibility reports and approve architectural/engineering plans.
• Collaborate with MEP, Structural, and ID teams for project integration.
• Manage authority approvals and conduct site inspections.

Job Description:

• Develop concepts for high-rise buildings from scratch in AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with standards and coordinating with internal/external architects and draftsmen for detailed drawings.
• Evaluate feasibility reports, review and approve architectural/engineering plans, and ensure designs meet regulatory and construction standards.
• Collaborate with MEP, Structural, and ID teams to fully integrate services into the building design, ensuring end-to-end project completeness.
• Manage authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees), conduct site inspections, supervise consultants, and provide technical guidance throughout the plan review and execution process.
