Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI‑related discipline.
- 10–12 years of AI research and product development experience, with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deploy large‑scale AI models and systems.
- Proven record of research contributions—publications, patents, or industry innovations.
Responsibilities
- Shape Inception’s applied AI research roadmap and lead teams to deliver state‑of‑the‑art AI systems.
- Define and drive research strategy, identifying emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Architect next‑generation multimodal models that integrate vision, language, audio, and sensor data.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research into deployable AI systems.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and efficiency through rigorous experimentation and optimization.
- Represent Inception in external forums and partnerships to advance thought leadership.
