Job summary

Anotech in Dubai seeks an experienced project leader to oversee the engineering, procurement, construction and delivery of water-sourcing infrastructure for a major oil and gas development project.

You will coordinate EPC contractors, manage civil works, pipelines and E&I activities, ensure HSSE compliance, and drive on-schedule delivery through strong leadership and international contractor management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas project execution, construction or infrastructure development.
• Extensive experience with civil works, well pads, pipelines and E&I works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all activities related to alternative water-sourcing facilities from engineering through construction and handover.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, budget and schedule.
• Manage construction of well pads, surface facilities, pipelines and related electrical and instrumentation works.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate with processing facilities and pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and project specifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; promote cost-effective solutions.
• Manage contractor selection, tendering and contract execution.
• Support local content initiatives, including recruitment and training of local personnel.
• Lead and coordinate project team members to ensure successful delivery.
