Job summary

Bombardier’s Abu Dhabi Service Center invites experienced Aircraft Technicians to join our flagship MRO facility at Al Bateen Executive Airport. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will oversee maintenance operations and ensure airworthiness with a focus on safety and customer service.

We seek licensed technicians (GCAA or EASA Part 66 B1/C) with 8+ years on Bombardier Global/Challenger types, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Part-66, Part-M, Part-145, EWIS and CDCCL.

Qualifications

• Licensed aircraft technician with GCAA or EASA Part 66 B1/C
• Type-rated on Bombardier Global/Challenger series
• Minimum 8+ years on Bombardier aircraft types
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisor role
• Up-to-date Part-66 Appendix I knowledge
• Knowledge of Part-M, Part-145 regulations
• Familiar with EWIS and CDCCL
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with standard tools and ground support

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations safely and on schedule
• Coordinate manpower, workload, and resources
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting
• Supervise maintenance actions for airworthiness
• Monitor progress and escalate risks to PMs
• Ensure complete, compliant maintenance records
• Promote safety, quality, and SMS culture
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections
• Mentor team members and support growth
• Review work scopes and support planning
• Communicate with customers, teams, suppliers
• Control parts, materials and maintenance resources
• Support management in achieving objectives
• Act as focal point in PM absence
