Job summary

Aperts Digital FZCO in Dubai seeks a Solution Architect & Lead Software Engineer to own end-to-end technical design of AI video-analytics solutions, spanning models, backend services, and infrastructure, and to lead engineering teams through delivery.

You will support presales, translate client requirements into robust solution proposals, define microservices and APIs, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code review across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–18 years of software engineering experience with architecture and leadership.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end systems that integrate AI models, backend services, and infrastructure into production-grade solutions.
• Architect video-ingestion pipelines using RTSP, ONVIF, and other streaming protocols.
• Design cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and edge architectures, including GPU infrastructure and edge-device planning.
• Define microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC) with high availability, scalability, and security built in.
• Lead the integration of AI models into enterprise systems.
• Support presales and client-facing engagements, producing solution proposals and architecture designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code review across engineering teams.
