The Role

We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to develop next-generation AI solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and collaborative Agentic Mesh ecosystems. This role requires expertise in designing self-organizing AI systems that integrate large language models (LLMs), small language models (SLMs), and multi-agent frameworks to enable transformative technological advancements. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate AI research into scalable, ethical systems with tangible real-world impacts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Architecture Design

• Design Generative AI systems using GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models for content creation, simulation, and data augmentation.
• Develop Agentic AI frameworks utilizing tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, GCP Agentspace, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and vector databases to facilitate autonomous problem-solving and adaptive learning.
• Implement Agentic Mesh ecosystems where AI agents collaborate dynamically, combining various capabilities.

Model Optimization & Innovation

• Create novel techniques for fine-tuning LLMs and SLMs, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and context-aware prompt engineering.
• Enhance inference performance for real-time applications through MLOps pipelines and cloud-native deployment.
• Lead R&D efforts in neurosymbolic AI, interpretability, and ethical safeguards for autonomous systems.

Strategic Team Collaboration

• Work with high-performance teams to deploy AI systems that set industry standards in fields like healthcare, finance, and supply chain.
• Contribute to whitepapers and patents on emerging AI architectures, emphasizing sustainability and bias mitigation.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Machine Learning, Computational Neuroscience, AI Ethics, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in complex AI systems.
• Over 7 years of experience building production-grade AI systems using tools and frameworks such as PyTorch Lightning, Hugging Face Transformers, and others listed.
• Proven ability to design multi-agent systems with emergent collaboration capabilities.

Cognitive & Professional Traits

• Innovative thinker with patents or publications in top AI conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, AAAI).
• Track record of projects delivering significant efficiency improvements through AI.
• Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks like EU AI Act and OECD AI Principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to open-source AI projects such as LangChain, AutoGPT, Hugging Face.
• Experience with neuromorphic computing or quantum machine learning.
• Roles in AI policy or standardization bodies.
