Responsibilities
Conduct intakes, functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Oversee program implementation and ensure consistency and quality of treatment.
Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
