A dedicated therapy service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. The role involves conducting assessments, developing ABA treatment plans, and providing supervision to RBTs, all while ensuring ethical treatment standards are met. Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a BCBA is essential.
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and intakes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Oversee program implementation and ensure consistency and quality of treatment.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
