Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in the oil & gas sector.

Interpret contract changes and amendments proposed by clients, highlighting risks and proposing countermeasures.

Liaise with and engage external legal firms where required, ensuring cost-effective and quality legal support.

Advise management on contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and potential legal risks.

Qualifications:

Fluent English communication required (nativee-level proficiency preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas-related contracts
