Job summary

JA The Resort in Dubai is seeking an experienced Laundry Manager to lead our laundry operations and ensure every linen, uniform, and guest garment reflects the high standards guests expect from JA.

You will inspire a multicultural team, manage inventory and equipment, and drive quality, efficiency, and service excellence across all laundry processes to enhance guest experiences behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Laundry Manager or senior laundry leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing large-volume laundry operations.
• Ability to drive quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Strong understanding of laundry equipment, inventory management, and operational controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Middle East hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
