Laundry Chemical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate garments and fabrics to ensure high-quality cleaning processes.
• Develop and optimize the use of chemicals and detergents tailored to the laundry industry.
• Apply technical knowledge of fabrics and their interaction with various chemicals to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct trials and tests to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce costs without compromising fabric integrity.
• Provide technical guidance on chemical handling and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor laundry processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Laundry Chemical Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, chemicals, and detergents specific to the laundry industry.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to inspect garments and fabrics meticulously.
• Problem-solving skills to address chemical and fabric compatibility issues.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and their chemical compatibility.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to chemical usage.
