Work Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Suites, Sharjah Al Majaz Waterfront, Sharjah 500200

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for supporting laundry operations and providing pressing, sewing, and similar services to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, you will support laundry operations and provide pressing, sewing, and other similar services. You will also manage and respond to guest requests. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the laundry function as needed
• Completing wash cycles, folding linen, and correct storage
• Managing guest requests in line with brand standards and delivery deadlines
• Greeting guests warmly in public areas and rooms
• Providing laundry, pressing, sewing, and related services to guests
• Storing soiled and damaged linen properly and disposing of it correctly
• Maintaining the linen room and uniform store, ensuring proper stock levels
• Using and storing chemicals safely
• Reporting maintenance and hazard issues
• Complying with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
