What You’ll Build

With our support, you will create a high-impact advisory platform offering :

• End-to-end M&A advisory (valuation, deal marketing, negotiation, close)
• Equity and debt fundraising for founder-led businesses and scale-ups
• Corporate development support for acquirers and investors
• Exit strategy and readiness planning for founders and family businesses
• Strategic board-level advisory and transaction support

Who You Are

You bring :

• Current residence in Dubai and deep knowledge of the GCC and MENA corporate ecosystem

• A track record of advising on M&A or capital raise transactions in the region or globally
• Strong relationships with founders, investors, family offices, and intermediaries
• The vision and credibility to lead a high-trust corporate finance brand
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead client engagements from origination to close
